Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with customer requirements and management targets.Monitor production output against planned targets and take corrective action to address gaps.Supervise Line Leaders and ensure effective execution of shift-wise production activities.Ensure balanced manpower deployment across all workstations and shifts.Monitor hourly production, cycle time, line balancing, and work-in-progress.Coordinate with SCM, Stores, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted production.Identify bottlenecks and implement actions to improve throughput and line efficiency.Ensure timely shift handover and continuity of production activities.Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, process parameters, control plans, and engineering specifications.Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and inspection requirements at every production stage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
