Job Description:
Perform end-to-end AR follow-up with insurance companies for claim status.
Handle complex denials, underpayments, and resolve escalated claims.
Analyze trends in denials and suggest process improvements.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
Mentor and support junior AR callers if required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in AR calling (US Healthcare).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of insurance guidelines, denial handling & appeals.
Familiarity with tools like EPIC, Availity, and payer portals.
