Assist in preparing Continental dishes, including pasta, sandwiches, salads, soups, grilled items, and other menu preparations.
Perform mise en place, including cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, and making basic sauces and dressings.
Support Commis 1, DCDP, and CDP in daily kitchen operations.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of food ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out).
Monitor ingredient availability and inform senior chefs about stock requirements.
Minimize food wastage and ensure productive use of ingredients.
Follow kitchen safety procedures and maintain clean and organized workstations.
Assist in timely food preparation during service hours.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
