Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle food and ticket counter operations at our cinema. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing ticket bookings, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle ticket counter operations, including ticket booking, sales, and payments.
Manage food and beverage orders at the cinema counter.
Assist customers with ticket availability, show timings, pricing, and food menu inquiries.
Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and daily counter transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the food and ticket counters.
Coordinate with the cinema operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently.
Maintain proper records of sales and transactions.




Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and customer service procedures.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate billing/POS systems.
Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and a responsible approach.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in customer service, retail, food counters, or ticketing will be an advantage.

A well-groomed, polite, punctual, and customer-oriented candidate who can manage both food and ticket counter responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
