Position: Collection Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage payment follow-ups, ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, maintain customer relationships, and support the organization in reducing overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Payment Follow-Up: Contact customers, dealers, and distributors to follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
Collection Targets: Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Outstanding Management: Monitor pending dues, ageing reports, and overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery.
Customer Coordination: Maintain qualified relationships with customers while communicating payment requirements.
Payment Reminders: Send payment reminders through calls, messages, emails, and other official communication channels.
Field Collection: Visit customers or business partners when required to facilitate payment collection.
Record Maintenance:



Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments, commitments, and follow-up activities in the ERP/CRM system.
Reporting and Coordination: Submit regular collection reports and coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in collections, payment recovery, or accounts receivable is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to follow up persistently and achieve collection targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and payment tracking.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for field collections, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
