Key Responsibilities
Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during skin, hair, and cosmetic procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and consumables before procedures.
Assist with procedures such as PRP for hair and skin, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, and other aesthetic treatments, as permitted by training and applicable regulations.
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and instructions as directed by the doctor.
Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly report any adverse reactions.
Maintain proper sterilization, disinfection, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal practices.
Handle clinical equipment and maintain treatment rooms in a clean and organized condition.
Maintain patient records, consent forms, treatment notes, and stock registers.
Educate patients on prescribed aftercare, medication instructions, and follow-up appointments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.
Coordinate with reception and other clinic staff to ensure productive patient flow.




Check expiry dates, maintain inventory, and report shortages of medicines and consumables.
Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
GNM qualification from a recognized nursing institution.
Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Registration Council.
Basic knowledge of infection control, sterilization, patient care, and emergency response.
Positive communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
Willingness to learn skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatment protocols.
Ability to work in a team and maintain professional standards.
Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or an aesthetic clinic will be an advantage.
