We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Shrimp PL Sales Executive to join our sales team and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell shrimp post-larvae (PL) to shrimp farmers and hatchery customers.
Develop new customers and maintain robust relationships with existing farmers.
Conduct regular farm visits and follow up with customers.
Understand farmers’ requirements and recommend suitable seed solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
Requirements
Positive communication and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of shrimp farming and the local aquaculture market.
Willingness to travel and visit farms regularly.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
