Generate business opportunities for Staffing, Executive Search, HR Advisory, HR Outsourcing, and Talent Consulting services.
Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring challenges and propose customized workforce solutions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CXO s, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track business development activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business prospects
