Cash Operations & Management
Handle all cash transactions (inflow and outflow) safely and efficiently.
Collect loan EMI payments, down payments, and processing fees via cash or digital payment modes.
Issue valid, system-generated receipts for every payment collected.
Perform end-of-day reconciliation by counting the cash drawer against system balances to ensure zero mismatches.
Banking & Treasury Support
Sort, count, and securely pack currency for bank deposits.
To deposit daily branch collections and maintain accurate bank deposit slips.
Compliance & Verification
Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal audit requirements.
Customer Support & Cross-Selling
Attend to customer queries regarding payment schedules, loan accounts, and outstanding balances politely.
Assist the branch team by identifying customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate degree mandatory.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience. Freshers with positive math skills and computer knowledge are welcome for entry-level vacancies.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
