Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our multicuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and waiting lists
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Coordinate with service staff for smooth seating arrangements
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:




Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
Basic understanding of restaurant operations
Ability to handle rush hours and multitask
Prior experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
