Get First Knowledge Hub is looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle student enquiries, explain available courses and support admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, training programmes and admission details.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Follow up with interested students and parents.
Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records.
Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.




Achieve reasonable follow-up and conversion targets.

Qualifications and Skills
Any degree or suitable educational qualification.
Valuable Tamil communication skills.
Basic English communication preferred.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
Valuable listening and persuasion skills.
Freshers are welcome.
