Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell handicraft products such as furniture and develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in domestic and/or international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, architect and corporate clients.
Promote and sell handicraft products such as home furniture, textiles, metal crafts, wooden crafts, etc.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, price lists, and sales proposals.
Follow up on leads, quotations, samples, orders, and payments.




Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the production, merchandising, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer meetings.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with international buyers and manage export inquiries, if required.

Pay: ₹10,100.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
