Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound/inbound calls and interact with customers
Follow up on leads and support payment reminders/collections
Maintain call quality and productivity standards

Graduates / Undergraduates (Must) - NO Diploma Holders
Positive communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Language: Tamil or English
