We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to promote Woodies Bleisure Hotel, increase bookings, develop marketing strategies, and strengthen the hotel's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase room bookings and revenue.
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Manage digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and online visibility.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.
Plan promotional campaigns, packages, and special offers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




Coordinate with the hotel team to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.
Achieve marketing targets and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in hotel marketing, hospitality, or sales and marketing.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies.
Ability to generate leads, drive business growth, and achieve targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
