We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Support Manager to manage customer service operations, provide technical support for embroidery machines, resolve customer complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage customer support operations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams for embroidery machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Handle customer escalations and ensure effective solutions to technical and service-related issues.
Provide guidance and training to customers regarding machine operation, features, and maintenance.
Monitor service requests, response times, customer feedback, and overall customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
