We are looking for an L1 Hardware Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing computer hardware components. The candidate should have practical experience in laptop and desktop hardware repairs, including screen replacement, motherboard replacement, printer repairs, and other hardware-related troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Perform laptop screen, motherboard, keyboard, battery, RAM, SSD/HDD, and other hardware component replacements.
Troubleshoot and repair printer hardware issues, including component replacement wherever required.
Identify faulty hardware components and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Perform hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and functional testing after repairs.
Troubleshoot issues related to power supplies, charging ports, display panels, cooling fans, and connectivity ports.
Install and configure hardware devices and verify their functionality after repair or replacement.




Perform basic operating system installation and driver configuration when required.
Maintain records of hardware faults, repairs, component replacements, and service activities.
Handle IT equipment, tools, and spare parts carefully.
Escalate complex hardware issues when advanced technical support is required.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in hardware support, laptop repair, desktop repair, or IT hardware servicing.
Practical knowledge of laptop and desktop component replacement, including screens, motherboards, keyboards, batteries, RAM, and storage drives.
Experience in printer troubleshooting and repairs.
Knowledge of hardware diagnostics and fault identification.
Basic understanding of BIOS/UEFI, device drivers, and operating system installation.
Ability to dismantle and reassemble laptops and desktops safely.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
