Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Inbound and Outbound Calling Process at Teleperformance, Malad, Mumbai. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, feedback, and process-related requirements.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Maintain call quality,



productivity, and process standards.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Willingness to work 6 days a week with a 9-hour shift.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to process requirements.
