Role Description The RO Operator is a full time, in office role based in Patna, responsible for operating and monitoring Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. Daily tasks include starting, stopping, and adjusting RO plant equipment; monitoring pressure, flow, and water quality parameters; and recording operational data in logs or digital systems. The role involves performing routine inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs when needed. The RO Operator is expected to follow safety and hygiene protocols, manage chemical dosing as per guidelines,



and ensure consistent production of treated water that meets required standards. The position requires working closely with supervisors and other team members to support smooth plant operations and respond promptly to alarms or operational issues.
Qualifications
Knowledge of RO plant operations, basic water treatment processes, and equipment monitoring.
Ability to perform routine inspections, simple mechanical checks, and coordinate with technicians for maintenance activities.
Capability to read and record operational parameters, maintain logs, and follow standard operating procedures accurately.
Understanding of workplace safety practices, use of personal protective equipment, and safe handling of treatment chemicals.
Minimum secondary school education; technical diploma or certificate in water treatment, mechanical, or industrial operations is preferred.
Prior experience in RO plant operation or similar utility/industrial facility is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, reliability in shift-based work, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
