Role Overview

Responsible for conducting Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) flight operations, including prototype testing, mission planning, flight demonstrations, and operational support for fixed-wing and Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) platforms. The role involves supporting UAV design and development activities, executing flight missions, and ensuring protected and efficient operations across various field-test environments.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct prototype small-UAV flight operations for fixed-wing and VTOL platforms.
Support military and civilian customer operations, flight demonstrations, and related activities.
Contribute to the design, development, and operational adaptation of new UAV platforms.
Perform mission planning, including payload operations, aircraft launch and recovery, and flight operations in coordination with the External Pilot.
Operate mission sensor systems and support UAV subsystem and component-related activities.
Manage mission planning, documentation, data handling,



and analysis.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for operational documentation, reporting, and data management.

Required Skills & Experience
2–6 years of relevant experience in UAV flight operations or related activities.
Hands-on experience in Fixed-Wing UAV operations.
Strong Radio-Controlled (RC) flying skills, particularly with heavier aircraft and UAV platforms.
Preferred exposure to flight testing, mission operations, UAV deployment, and field trials.
Ability to operate and handle larger UAV systems.
Sound understanding of flight safety standards and operational procedures.
Willingness and ability to undertake outdoor assignments in extreme climatic conditions for short periods.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg unassisted over short distances.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
