About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to build and own core agent-native product systems end-to-end. The role involves shaping technical direction, making key design decisions, and working closely with product teams to build scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Own core agent-native and product systems from design through implementation and delivery.
Drive technical roadmap, architecture, and design decisions .
Build scalable solutions using Python, Kubernetes, and Azure .
Work closely with product teams and contribute to product/design feedback loops.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Solve complex engineering problems with robust product sense and technical judgment .

Must-Have Skills
6+ years of software engineering experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Python .
Experience in Agentic AI / agent-native development .
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure .
Solid understanding of system design and software architecture.
Demonstrated ownership of products/systems end-to-end.
Strong product thinking and mentoring experience.
