Role Description The Account Executive at The radiant swan is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. In this position, the Account Executive manages client relationships, responds to inquiries, and ensures that client needs are understood and addressed promptly. The role involves presenting offerings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on leads to support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, monitoring account performance,



and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships. The Account Executive also supports reporting, assists with resolving issues, and contributes to achieving sales and service targets.
