Job Description: Client Relationship Executive (CRE)

Surrima EduHub Solutions provides academic research support and publishing services, assisting PhD scholars, professors, researchers, and professionals with manuscript development, academic content, and publication-related requirements.

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions, schedule meetings, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and expectations.
Explain the company’s services, offerings, and processes professionally.
Identify client needs, address queries, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
Follow up with clients, maintain communication records,



and track ongoing requirements.
Support client engagement, lead management, and business relationship development.

Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Qualified attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage meetings, follow-ups, and multiple client requirements.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month during the 3-month probation period. Post-probation compensation may be revised to approximately ₹3–₹4 LPA based on performance and company terms.
