Role Description This is a full-time, in office Intern role based in Recent Delhi. The intern will support lawyers and staff with legal research, case law and statute analysis, and preparation of briefs, notes, and case files. Day-to-day responsibilities may include drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting in the preparation of hearings or client meetings. The intern will also help with administrative and coordination tasks as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of work. Under supervision, the intern will have opportunities to observe client interactions and court proceedings,



and to develop a practical understanding of legal processes.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an LL.B or equivalent law degree, with a strong academic foundation in core legal subjects.
Ability to conduct structured legal research using online databases and other resources, and to summarize findings clearly and accurately.
Solid legal drafting and writing skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and formatting in English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain case files, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional work ethic, including confidentiality, integrity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a collaborative setting.
Comfort with basic office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Interest in litigation, corporate law, or related practice areas, and motivation to build practical experience in a law firm setting.
