Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Recent Delhi. The intern will assist with legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations, and prepare case summaries and briefs for internal use. Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as notices, agreements, and client communications, under supervision. The intern will help organize case files, maintain documentation, and support legal consultants in handling client queries and preparing for meetings or hearings. The role also involves collaborating with team members, attending internal discussions,



and learning best practices in qualified legal conduct and client service.
Qualifications
understanding of Law and core legal principles, supported by current enrollment in or completion of a law degree program.
Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including analyzing Legal Issues and contributing to client-focused legal solutions.
Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents with attention to detail.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, with proficiency in using legal databases and online research tools.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior internship or moot court experience, and familiarity with litigation or corporate practice, is an advantage.
