Role Description The Compliance Lead is a full time, in office role at various State Locations, responsible for overseeing compliance activities across digital and telecom operations. This role involves monitoring adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements, conducting regular compliance reviews, and maintaining accurate documentation of compliance processes and findings. The Compliance Lead will coordinate with internal teams to ensure statutory compliance requirements, interpret relevant laws and regulations, provide guidance on risk mitigation, and support the implementation of compliance frameworks and controls. Daily tasks include preparing reports for management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, supporting audits, delivering compliance-related training, and communicating updates on regulatory changes to stakeholders.



The role requires close collaboration with legal, operations, and management teams to ensure consistent compliance standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications - LLB
Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to design, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks.
Expertise in Legal Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply telecom and digital sector regulations and relevant laws.
Proficient Analytical Skills to assess risk, evaluate compliance data, and support decision-making.
Explicit and effective Communication skills to convey compliance requirements, prepare reports, and conduct training.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
