Job Description

The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

Role And Key Responsibilities
Develop and coach sales team members to achieve performance/targets
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
Lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
Mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
Develop robust interpersonal relationships with the team, to cohesively bond them together with the Customer and integrate them with the vision and core values of the Customer
Manage BQ’s & PIP cases




Team member performance management and identification of training opportunities
Forward non- resolvable issues to the Operations Manager.

Key Skills And Knowledge
Candidate with two to four years of Sales experience preferred
Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach sales team members to achieve performance/targets
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
Willingness to work a adaptable schedule
Hindi & English speaking is mandatory for this role since they will have to speak to the customers & they are from North.

Qualification: Graduation.
