Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil & Interior)

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior fit-out and finishing activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that all interior works are executed according to approved drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while coordinating with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising work at site
Check daily work progress and report to seniors
Help ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions
Support in site measurements and material checks
Help maintain basic site records and reports
Follow safety rules at the site
Identify issues at site and inform the project manager

Required Qualifications & Skills




Diploma or degree in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture/Interior (or related field)
Basic understanding of drawings and materials
Willingness to learn and work on-site
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
Relevant experience in interior fit-out, finishing, or site supervision.
Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and electrical coordination.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred

Experience
Internship or site experience of minimum 1 year

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
