Position: Front Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations at a diagnostic centre. The candidate will be responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing support, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Whitefield

Shift Timings (Rotational)
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Manage billing, payment collection, and receipt generation.
Coordinate with laboratory and radiology departments for smooth patient flow.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
Ensure a seamless patient experience from registration to report collection.




Follow organizational policies and maintain patient confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Support, or Healthcare operations preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Fluent in Kannada and English (Mandatory).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
Robust customer service orientation.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
