We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our water treatment products and services, generate customer leads, and support our sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Explain our products and services, including RO plants, iron removal filters, water softeners, and water purification systems.
Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Identify customer requirements and arrange appointments for the sales team.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into orders.

Requirements




Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Prior telemarketing or telesales experience preferred.
Experience in water treatment or related industries will be an added advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
