The CRE will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, lead management, follow-ups and ensuring excellent customer experience for solar and EV charging station solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to solar rooftop.
Manage and qualify leads generated through digital platforms, campaigns and referrals.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into appointments.
Coordinate with technical and sales teams for proposal sharing.
Maintain robust customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years experience/ Freshers can apply.
Positive communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
