Responsibilities
Managing compliances for the LLPs and Companies
Prepare Partnership Deed - including retirement and admission deed
filing forms with various regulators including ICAI, NFRA, IBBI, etc
Review and drafting of NDAs for engaging with clients of the firm
internal project management on compliance related aspects.

Requirements
Handling internal & external stakeholders with solid legal acumen.

The person must be a CS & LLB graduate passed out from a reputed law college having more than 3 - 4 years of an inhouse experience in a big organization having multi-disciplinary practice elements working within it.
Having excellent written, presentation and spoken English skills
Ability to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.

CTC - 10 LPA

Education - CS+LLB

Industry - Consulting background only (Big 4 and candidates working on NDA/Contracts etc from the inhouse general counsel team.)
