Role Description The Human Resources Executive – Recruitment and Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various roles across the organization. This full time, in office position based in Delhi Cantonment involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, maintaining talent pipelines, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations related to recruitment, updating HR databases and records, supporting the implementation of HR policies,



and assisting with employee relations matters. The role will also involve contributing to employer branding initiatives, preparing recruitment reports, and helping optimize recruitment processes in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to handle recruitment and talent acquisition processes effectively.
Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations, including maintaining HR information systems, documentation, and supporting onboarding activities.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address queries, support engagement initiatives, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices related to hiring and employment.
Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with MS Office and HR software; attention to detail; and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
