Role: Healthcare Growth Partner (HGP)

Role Summary:

Drive business growth by promoting advanced medical & surgical devices to hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions while building long-term qualified relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with hospitals And surgeons
Promote and demonstrate medical devices effectively
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Identify current business opportunities in assigned territory
Conduct product presentations, demos, and CMEs
Coordinate with service team for seamless installations
Maintain daily activity reports (DAR) and pipeline tracking

Eligibility:
Graduate / Life Sciences / Biomedical preferred
1–5 years experience in pharma / medical devices / B2B sales
Robust communication & negotiation skills

Added Advantage:
Experience in surgical devices / hospital sales
Local area network with doctors/hospitals
