Job Overview

Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is hiring ELD Customer Support Executives with sales skills to assist US-based trucking companies and owner-operators using Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and fleet telematics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding ELD products and services.
Assist customers with product inquiries, account-related concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
Promote ELD devices, subscription plans, upgrades, and additional services.
Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Explain product features, pricing, and service plans professionally.
Maintain customer records, call details, and follow-ups in the CRM.




Coordinate with technical support and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
Achieve assigned customer service, upselling, and sales targets.

Requirements
Good English communication skills with a skilled telephone manner.
Strong customer service, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn ELD systems.
Ability to handle customer queries and sales conversations confidently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US night shifts.
Previous experience in international BPO, customer support, telesales, or ELD/telematics is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
