CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (Females) - PONDICHERRY
Source current sales prospects through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Language fluency in Tamil, English & Hindi Must.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Added advantage for additional language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)

Exp: 0 to 1yr.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
