Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain client relationships and update sales records.
Requirements:
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation and customer-handling abilities.
Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
