Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000 per month + Conveyance + Mobile Allowance + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Recruit security guards, gunmen, supervisors, peons, bouncers, housekeeping staff, nurses, and patient care staff.
Manage, monitor, and supervise deployed manpower.
Inspect electronic equipment, registers, CCTV cameras, and firefighting equipment at client premises.
Provide on-the-job training, briefings, and debriefings to security personnel.
Conduct surprise visits and night inspections at client sites.

Requirements:
Experience in the security or facilities management industry.
Robust manpower management and supervision skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to client sites.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
