We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive - Personal Finance for an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor and Financial Intermediary to acquire and onboard recent clients, manage client relationships, ensure seamless client servicing, and support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Experience: 2–3 Years in the relevant space (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income Products, Alternatives) in client acquisition and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new client acquisition and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Manage day-to-day client financial and non-financial transactions.
Conduct periodic client touch-base calls and review meetings.
Review clients' investments, insurance portfolio, and financial goals to support financial planning discussions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients' financial needs.
Seek client referrals and reviews.
Resolve client queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of client requests and transactions.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.

Qualifications
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) / CWM (Chartered Wealth Manager) preferred.
Fundamental understanding of Mutual Funds, Alternatives, Debt Products, Insurance, and Personal Financial Planning.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Valuable written and spoken English.
Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
