Job Purpose

The Restaurant Manager manages the daily operations of an assigned café/QSR outlet to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maintain brand standards. This role takes full ownership of team performance, stock management, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

KRA / Accountabilities
Oversee daily opening, closing, shift handovers, and overall store readiness.
Manage outlet staff, assign daily duties, and maintain floor discipline during shifts.
Track daily sales performance and work toward achieving weekly and monthly store targets.
Ensure quick, polite customer service and handle guest feedback directly on the floor.
Maintain strict standards for food presentation, recipe accuracy, cleanliness, and store hygiene.
Enforce company standard operating procedures across kitchen and counter operations.
Place daily stock indents with the Central Kitchen and central warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
Conduct weekly inventory counts, track product usage, and control wastage and store variances.
Monitor store operating costs, including food wastage, labor scheduling, and utility usage.




Train and onboard current store crew on POS systems, menu items, and customer service.
Submit daily sales, wastage, inventory, and expense reports to management.
Coordinate with maintenance, HR, and supply chain teams to resolve store-level issues quickly.
Check store equipment function and report maintenance issues or breakdowns promptly.
Assist with billing, cash collection, and end-of-shift register reconciliation as required.

Must have / Tech / Pref. Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a Café or QSR outlet, with at least 1 to 2 years as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
