Role & responsibilities
Lead the design, development, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems including PLCs, robotics, machine vision, motion control systems, and SCADA applications.
Support integration of automation solutions with MES, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
Ensure reliable and scalable automation architecture across manufacturing operations.
Drive automation projects from concept through implementation.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment.
Support preparation of project timelines, cost estimates, and ROI calculations
Identify prospects to improve productivity, quality, OEE, and cycle times through automation.
Develop data-driven solutions for process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support defect reduction and yield improvement programs.
