Role & responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
Allocate manpower and monitor the daily performance of Process Executives.
Ensure shipments are processed within the defined SLA/TAT.
Track team productivity, attendance, and shift-wise performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
Monitor shipment accuracy and minimize errors, damages, and misroutes.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the reporting manager.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS, productivity reports, and operational updates.
Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
Train, guide, and motivate team members while identifying prospects for process and productivity improvement.
