BeeTees Academy of Commerce is looking for a proactive and organized Centre Coordinator to manage daily centre operations and coordinate students, faculty, admissions and academic activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the training centre.
Coordinate student admissions, enquiries and follow-ups.
Manage class schedules, batches, attendance and faculty coordination.
Communicate with students and parents regarding classes, academic updates.
Coordinate orientations, seminars, workshops and other centre activities.
Monitor student attendance, feedback and course progress.
Maintain student records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate placement-related activities.
Support the management in achieving admission and centre targets.
Ensure smooth functioning and professional standards of the centre.
Requirements
Any Degree; B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred.
1–3 years of experience in education, training institute, administration, counselling or centre coordination preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle students, parents and faculty professionally.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Immediate joiners preferred.
