Role Description This is a full time, on-site Procurement Assistant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Procurement Assistant will support day-to-day purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves maintaining accurate procurement records, tracking order status, and assisting with price comparisons and basic negotiations under guidance. The Procurement Assistant will collaborate closely with internal departments to understand requirements, verify specifications,



and resolve order or invoice discrepancies. The position also includes contributing to inventory monitoring, supporting adherence to company procurement policies, and helping identify opportunities to optimize costs and supplier performance.
