Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with good knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with GST and other accounting-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Tally, basic accounting knowledge, and valuable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and other financial records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in GST calculations, GST returns, and reconciliation.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
Maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.




Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of accounting records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification preferred.
Practical knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime is required.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.

Experience
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable Tally knowledge and accounting fundamentals may also apply.
