Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide course information, and support enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
Achieve monthly admission targets and support marketing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Conduct campus tours and assist during admission drives/events.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to convince and counsel students effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
