Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industry: Garment / Uniform Manufacturing

Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant fabric sourcing/purchase experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing fabric vendors and fabric mills supplying the company.
Source fabrics based on quality, colour, GSM, composition, price and production requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines.
Ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted fabric supply.
Monitor fabric quality and resolve supplier-related issues.
Coordinate with Production, Design and Warehouse teams for fabric requirements.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and pricing details.
Identify and develop current vendors/mills when required.
