We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer service and installation activities and coordinate with customers, service engineers, service partners, and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities •

Coordinate service calls, complaints, and installation activities . • Schedule and coordinate service engineers/service partners for customer visits. • Follow up with service teams Leaders /RSM for timely completion and closure of complaints. • Handle customer communication and provide regular service updates. • Prepare and share Quotations, Pro-forma Invoices. • Follow up with customers for Quotation approvals, POs, payments, etc. • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Commercial, Accounts, Dispatch, and other internal teams. • Maintain records of service calls, complaints, Quotations, invoices, and customer requirements. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and service reports.



• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely follow-up and closure. • Handle customer escalations and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution. • Update service-related details in SAP/CRM/systems. • Support billing and other service-related documentation.

Candidate Profile •

Graduate in any discipline. • 13 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Service Operations. • Valuable communication and customer handling skills. • Valuable follow-up and coordination skills. • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. • SAP/CRM knowledge will be an added advantage. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines. • Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
