Role Overview

As a Baby Champ, youll be the face of duckduckbaby, creating a warm in-store experience for parents while driving sales and helping customers find the right baby products.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm, engaging approach.
Understand and confidently explain product features, perks & care instructions.
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling & product recommendations.
Convert walk-ins into purchases through effective customer engagement.
Maintain well-stocked, organized & clean shelves.
Handle returns, exchanges and customer queries professionally.




Stay updated on baby-care trends and customer needs.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

What Were Looking For
People-oriented and confident in customer interactions.
Sales-driven with a proactive mindset.
Passionate about baby products, parenting or early-childhood trends.
Organized, detail-oriented and a team player.
Robust verbal & written communication skills.
Basic understanding of retail KPIs such as footfall, conversion & ATV.

Eligibility
Degree in Retail Management, Hotel Management or equivalent.
Retail internship experience is an advantage, preferably in fashion/retail.
