Job Summary

We are assisting a client with a growing requirement in this area and are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one.

The role of Experiential Marketing Executive involves hands-on work across promotions, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable. The role is based in Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
Take ownership from day one.
Hands-on work across promotions, including planning and executing assigned activities.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining timely follow-ups.
Ensuring a qualified experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients,



partners or team members as applicable.
Maintaining records and updates.
Preparing or supporting content and reports where required.
Coordinating schedules.
Stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods.
Comfortable working with people, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Clear communication, positive judgement, a qualified approach and genuine interest in the field.
