Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent across all departments.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership, and career progression.
Compensation Advantages: Design and manage competitive compensation and perks programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize HR strategies related to talent management, retention, and performance.
Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to fill key leadership positions through effective succession planning.




Organizational Development: Lead initiatives related to organizational design, culture enhancement, and change management.
Workforce Planning: Forecast staffing needs, manage workforce budgeting, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive workforce.
HR Systems Management: Oversee HR technology systems (HRIS) to improve HR operations and track key HR metrics.
Employee Engagement: Drive programs aimed at enhancing employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Leadership Support: Provide HR consultation to leadership on key people-related issues, helping drive business objectives and team success.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and effective HR service delivery.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of cost accounting in manufacturing, especially chemicals.
Proficiency in Tally Software.
In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, and other regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
High integrity and attention to detail.
